Orders placed before 2PM begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2PM begin processing the next business day. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and 1 to 5 business days for delivery depending on shipping method chosen as well as your location. Please note that, for remote locations, transit times may take longer than usual.

NamasteVapes™ respects your privacy which is why all orders are automatically covered by our NamasteVapes™ Discrete Billing and Shipping Policy. Your order will be shipped in a plain box and the 'ship from' address labeled NamasteWellness. The name on your billing statement will also be NamasteWellness and have no reference to any particular product or brand.

Please note that if an incorrect address is entered on your order and as a result our courier is unable to deliver the item the product may be returned to sender. If an order is returned to sender and you would like it to be re-shipped, there will be a $24.95 surcharge for re-delivery which is imposed by the courier. If you do not want it to be reshipped there still will be a deduction of original shipping charges, return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee which would be 10% of the purchase price.
Order Cancellation: Due to our automated system there is no guarantee we can cancel an order before it ships. We recommend contacting customer service as soon as possible to request cancellation.
If you notice you have entered the wrong address immediately after placing your order - please e-mail us. If it is within 2 hours of placing your order we may be able to change the address to the correct one. If you require a change of address after your order has been shipped there will be a $14.95 charge applied which is imposed by the courier.
